Recommendations for use

1. Gently massage a small amount in circular movements with fingertips on the face and neck clean and humid, avoiding the eye contour.
2. Add some water to form a milk and continue massage gently.
3. Add more water to dissolve the granules of Pure MSM and balm until you form a softening milk and lighten.

Sufficiently soft to use twice or three times a week.
