Oud Immortel, a legendary scent

BYREDO's Oud Immortel and Accord Oud intense fragrance duo have been created around oud, a type of wood that, due to its traditional use in incense and perfumes, has acquired great cultural importance and whose existence is recorded in one of the oldest written texts in the world: the Sanskrit Vedas of India. This dark wood, oud or agarwood, has a complex fragrance, similar to that of few or no other natural ingredients.

Oud Immortel is a woody fragrance in which patchouli and papyrus blend to provide a smoky touch with a slight dry tone. Tobacco leaves and moss add depth and complexity, while incense and rosewood provide an elegant, amber aroma.
