Leslie Girard

Leslie Girard is a French perfumer who turned a longstanding dream into reality by making fragrance her primary means of expression. After completing a master’s degree in perfumery, she entered the profession that had always fascinated her and joined Robertet, where she began as an assistant perfumer, strengthening both her technical skills and her creative voice.

In 2012 she moved to China to work as a perfumer within Robertet’s local subsidiary—a formative period that allowed her to fully explore her olfactory universe, discover new landscapes and rituals, and sign her first fragrances for innovative, forward-thinking projects. Two years later she returned to Grasse, where she continues to compose distinctive scents for international brands and niche houses, recognised for an inventive, well-structured and resolutely contemporary style.

Passionate about travel and “curious about everything”, as she describes herself, Girard draws on personal experiences, encounters and places to craft nuanced, characterful compositions that play with citrus, spicy, ambery and woody facets, always filtered through an elegant, modern lens.
