Marion Costero

Marion Costero is a French-Spanish independent perfumer who treats fragrance as a subtle language, capable of telling stories and capturing places in a single trail. A graduate of ISIPCA in Versailles, she began her career within major international fragrance houses, where she rose to senior perfumer roles before establishing her own creative studio.

Originally aspiring to become a horticultural engineer to create new plants and scents, she ultimately followed her true calling: composing perfumes. Today she divides her time between Paris and Brazil, constantly enriching her palette with botanical and cultural influences. Her travels have left vivid marks on her olfactory memory, from orange blossom in the courtyard of Córdoba’s cathedral to blends of plants, resins and spices in Moroccan markets.

As a perfumer, Marion designs fragrances for brands across several continents and crafts “olfactory stories” for special places and life moments, always seeking immersive and emotionally coherent scent experiences. For her, a perfume bottle is far more than an object on a shelf: it is a genie’s lamp containing the promise of emotion, belonging and memory, ready to unfold the moment it touches the skin.

Her creative signature is defined by expressive, light-filled compositions where natural materials, vegetal nuances and contemporary accords combine to trigger vivid images and strong emotional resonance. For Marion Costero, a perfume should accompany our personal narrative, mark life’s chapters and, above all, leave an intimate imprint on the memory of both wearer and passer-by.
