Violaine Collas

Violaine Collas is a French perfumer based in Paris and a senior perfumer in the fine fragrance division at Mane. An ISIPCA graduate, she built a strong technical foundation in Versailles before stepping into some of the industry’s most creative hubs.

Before joining Mane, she spent twelve years at Symrise, where she signed her first international compositions and developed a truly global perspective on fragrance. Her career has taken her between France, Germany and the United States, shaping a cosmopolitan, distinctly modern sensibility.

Her signature lies in luminous, elegant and highly textural fragrances created for niche houses and luxury brands. Collas balances clear, readable structures with a soft, sensual edge, crafting scents that feel effortlessly wearable yet carry a recognisable, sophisticated character on the skin.
