Beauty Advisor (Madrid)

Key roles and responsibilities

· Adapting each experience to meet the specific needs of the consumer, while showing a high level of experience in makeup and beauty techniques.

· Learn and use the fundamental knowledge of the product (characteristics, benefits, use), both fragrances and makeup, and makeup application techniques to provide the best results to consumers.

· Be proactive in finding solutions to boost sales by achieving weekly targets, following a particular focus on product launches, anniversaries and local/season events, if any.

· Achieving sales goals and expectations and driving proactively.

· Comply with sales processes and procedures according to the company's guidelines.

· Comply with appearance patterns and personal standards.

· Strong market and industry knowledge to shape local strategy, as well as influence business and organization in general.

· To act with precision, professional and positive attitude in managing consumer consultations and objections.

· Guarantee the availability of stocks of all references.

Minimum requirements

· Customer service experience, ideally in retail.

· Skills in makeup.

· Fluent English and Spanish.

· Ability to motivate, inspire and influence others.

· Obsession for beauty, social and consumer-centred sense.

· Energy and commitment.

· Automotive.

· Collaborator and team player.

· Secure communicator.
