In your role as a Store Manager, you act as an inspirational role model in leading and coaching your team members in the KPI achievement with a tireless drive to deliver excellent customer service .

  • Accountable for driving the team to achieve the location’s performance targets and KPIs and define action plans for short and long term target achievements
  • Coaching, developing and appraising of the team
  • Implement and maintain a customer centric mindset to build a loyal customer base
  • Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed
  • Build and maintain awareness of our competitors and local markets by sharing any relevant findings.

 

Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar management role within a niche cosmetic and autor fragance.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills to lead, motivate, train and develop the team through active management
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
  • Willingness to constantly learn & develop
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Experience in networking & building relationships
  • Lenguages.

We´re looking for part time (36 h per week) Beauty Advisor for our store in ECI Plaza Catalunya.

 

Key Functions & Responsibilities

  • Tailor each experience to meet consumer specific needs, while showcasing high level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques.
  • Learn and use fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) both fragrance and make up, and make up application techniques to provide best results for consumers.
  • Be proactive in finding solutions to drive sales reaching weekly targets, generate new business; particular focus on product launches, anniversaries and local/seasonal events if any.
  • Achieve sales goals and expectations and proactively drive for more.
  • Adhere to sales processes and procedures in line with Store/Company guidelines.
  • Adhere to appearance guidelines and personal standards.
  • Utilize strong market and industry awareness to shape local strategy as well as influence wider business and organization.
  • Act with accuracy, professional and positive attitude, when handling consumer enquiries and objections.
  • Ensure stock availability of all references.

Requirements

  • Experience within consumer service, ideally in retail.
  • Make Up Artistry skills.
  • Fluent English & Spanish. It´s mandatory.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire and influence others.
  • Beauty obsessed, socially savvy and consumer centric.

Mission: assist the store manager in the commercial development of the store, respect for brand image and customer experience within the store.

 

Main activities:

 

Develop the store sales turnover:

  • ImplemenIsolée´s sales policy within the store
  • Setting of sales objectives and periodic analysis of the results achieved
  • Implementation of the selling ceremony in accordance with the Brand guidelines
  • Highlighting of the store's products in accordance with the brand's visual policy and in collaboration with the visual merchandising department
  • Set up CRM actions in order to develop the customer database
  • Coordinate Trade marketing events
  • Analyze sales reports and customer feedback
  • Propose action plans in order to exceed the set objectives and increase sales turnover
  • Ensure good stock management: control of restocking, participation in the organization of inventories and control of discrepancies, sell-through analysis

 

Team management :

  • Participate in the organization of the activity of the store: planning, determine collective and individual actions
  • Support and organize communication to store staff: lead daily briefings and other meetings, set and monitor individual goals, identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in the integration of new employees: training in processes and procedures, various trainings, etc.
  • Contribute to the motivation of the sales team: evaluate its employees and ensure the follow-up of development actions

 

Ensure brand image:

  • Ensure that the store is perfectly displayed while respecting the visual identity of the Brand and the company’s commercial policy
  • Ensure compliance with customer service guidelines: post-sales service management, customer requests, etc
  • Ensure compliance with operating rules and procedures within the store

 

Profile :

 

Experience

  • 3/4 years store experience
  • 2 years minimum team management experience
