Stéphanie Bakouche

Stéphanie Bakouche is a French independent perfumer and founder of Sensaba. She trained at ISIPCA and was mentored by Bertrand Duchaufour. Early in her career she worked for major fragrance houses like Givaudan, Takasago, and Hermès before focusing on niche perfume creation.

Bakouche has designed scents for prestigious niche brands such as Parfums MDCI, L’Artisan Parfumeur, Maison Crivelli, Chabaud, and Jul & Mad. Her signature style is clean, expressive, and narrative-driven. She also teaches olfaction and perfume creation at the École Supérieure du Parfum and is an active member of the Osmothèque. Since 2023, she has been offering custom olfactory journeys that connect raw materials to their natural origins.
