This luxurious fragrance, enriched with 24 carat gold leaflets, will transport you to the Grand Invernadero of the palace in its golden age, evoking the elegance and splendor of the Court of the Sun King.

In April 1687, the Naranjos greenhouse in Versailles became a stage for the high society. More than a thousand Mediterranean trees rise in the cathedral galleries of Orangery, a space designed by the architect of the king to impress the courtiers. The gardeners lit fires to keep the trees warm, and when the Sun King visited the greenhouse, the air was impregnated with the intoxicating aroma of the wood mixed with the orange blossom. This combination created a golden aura that loved everyone present.

L'Or De Louis eau de parfum opens with a vibrant explosion of orange blossom, grenade, bergamot and absolute jasmine. These initial notes evoke the freshness and brightness of the oranges in flower, combining sweetness and vivacity in an opulent introduction.

In the heart of the fragrance, notes of honey, varnish, musk and cedar wood are revealed. This combination adds a warm and sophisticated depth, reflecting the richness of the experience in the greenhouse and the luxury of the Court.

Finally, the base presents a mixture of smoky wood, cade wood and chypre oislet, a resinous chord dating from the seventeenth century. These notes provide a lasting and mysterious finish, evoking the deep and golden aroma of the greenhouse in an olfactory experience that resonates with the luxury and elegance of the time.

Developed in collaboration with the perfumer Rodrigo Flores Roux, L'Or De Louis not only captures the essence of a historic moment, but also celebrates the richness of the orange blossom and the splendor of Versailles with the inclusion of 24 carat gold leaflets, of cosmetic degree and free of toxins.
