Amber from the South, the past is always present on the skin

On this occasion we can delight ourselves with Ámbar del Sur, an exceptional fragrance packaged in a practical bottle with earth tones, which shows the simplicity of the aroma, but at the same time its elegance. Carner has always sought, through his packaging, to convey an avant-garde image of Barcelona, hence the brand's silver insignia to honor the city's iron gates. Which translates into a subtle nod to the past.

The brand's fragrances are flooded with incredible sensuality thanks to their woody accords. In the case of Ámbar del Sur, it was no exception and is visibly notable for the solid wood top it has, from eco-sustainable European forests.

In an attempt to remember the past, Amber of the South refers to that time when royal families perfumed their hair with exquisite musk oils, the air was permeated by a delicate smell of amber and the gardens were full of dazzling flowers under the scorching Spanish sun. This is a tribute made fragrant to the Al Andalus of the past.

This fragrance was released in 2018 and received very good reviews in the market. It opens with bergamot to offer a touch of freshness to this perfume, while the middle notes are ambergris, Indonesian patchouli, Australian sandalwood and water jasmine that are perceived from a great distance and its base notes; Myrrh, Madagascar vanilla, Tonka bean and Spanish labdanum emulate the warmth of the coastal air, completing the sensory experience with notes as fresh and lively as the waves crashing against the shore.
