Rose Tonnerre, a virtuous rose

If of a sumptuous fragrance it is the Rose Tonnerre of Frédéric Malle that was premiered in 2021 and belongs to the Floral olfactory family. The nose behind this captivating aroma is the renowned perfumer Edouard Fléchier who has combined the voluptuousness of the flower and the carnal intensity of the chords of the truffle.

This fragrance opens as a garden full of roses combined with Wine Lees and honey. It melts us with a heart full of Turkish rose, geranium and truffle that ends with captivating notes of pachulí, vetiver, musk and chestnut.

These unmatched chords were packaged in a bottle inspired aesthetically in the conceptual art and modernist design of the twentieth century. A fairly simple but very captivating cylinder, which also has a black-colored magnetic plug to correctly preserve until the last drop of this rich fragrance and avoid spills. You can transport or locate your new colony where you want thanks to its size.

Edouard Fléchier was born in Grasse in 1949 and is one of the most creative perfumers of his generation. He joined Roure Bertrand Dupont after studying science. He is considered a specially gifted person. In the mid 80’s he became the perfume star of Roure. Its style is characterized by being symphonic and generous and although very modern it is anchored in the traditional French perfumery.

This perfume house was born in 2000 when its founder Frédéric Malle decided to return the old splendor to perfume art. The idea is to guide their perfumers and give them total freedom when creating perfumes without any limits. Frédéric Malle has more than 30 years of experience in this world and offers the opportunity to the other perfumers to overcome themselves through each creation to obtain a masterpiece with each perfume and as a result a range of perfumes full of different personalities and styles.
