Bravi's adventure begins at the London Opera House, which is the most emblematic building in Covent Garden. A place where love and passion for opera ignite friendships. Bravi is inspired by all the good attributes of trust, friendship and loyalty.
The final chapter of the Covent Garden trilogy is about aspiring divas and a diva. Combined with Christopher Chong's unconventional artistic touch, the story of friends going to the opera is adapted into a pantomime script full of magic and mishaps to color the imagination of Bruno Jovanovic.
The story is about the celebration of friendship at the Royal Opera House, all experienced by a group of friends who meet periodically at the opera house to share their love and passion for music and productions.
The heady tuberose is spiced with an overdose of ginger and dramatized with a novel nut milk accord. The notes blend in a way that accentuates the tension between them.
Chong concludes: “Bravi is an Italian word for expressing approval with applause and shouts when a performer has given an excellent performance. We use the plural form, bravi, to reinforce our gender ethos to include all genders, identities, and unbearable divas and divas. Representing the pantomime spirit of “all's well, that ends well,” Bravi speaks to those who have exemplified loyalty and friendship during and after the pandemic.
