For Kilian Hennessy, traveling always brings surprises, new encounters and love. This time, the sea breeze led him to a new land where the rich culture of tea has endured for centuries. He witnessed the making of jasmine tea, with hand-picked white flowers and placed on fermented tea to infuse their oils. He observed how jasmine tea was served with floating flowers and tasted it in a moment of timelessness and elegance, which he wished it never to end. A sip and all senses expand into jasmine flowers outside space and time.
