Fanfare is inspired by the Flower Market in Covent Garden, which has been immortalized by film and musical performances, and more recently converted into a functional annex for entertainment.
Fanfare is a melodic fantasy with a touch of impertinence that emanates the spirit of contemporary aesthetics.
Fanfare is more than being conventionally beautiful. It presents a "genderful" aroma by including all genders and identities, which gives the fragrance an air of indifferent olfactory anarchy.
This fragrance is a classic at first, but reveals something decadent with daring facets, like the British aristocracy of the Edwardian era of the early 20th century. For this, an opening has been chosen with a seductive watery accord of flowers and citrus, which slowly darkens as the structure evolves and becomes increasingly bold with the vermouth accord. Finally, the noble woods provide this dark depth to the structure of the fragrance.
About the perfumer Bruno Jovanovic, he works beyond the nature of the ingredients. He has the rare talent of being able to philosophize cultures with a sense of humor.
“I want to create something as complex as the musical's protagonist (Pygmalion), who is sensual, elegant and aristocratic, but also bold, playful and unique, all at the same time. I envision the opening of this fragrance as having a sophisticated aroma of an afternoon sipping citrus tea at a flower market that progresses to a glass of decadent vermouth after a few hours when the traditional cologne accord fades.”
